All personal information you give to us will be protected and kept confidential among the Company and/or its affiliated Companies. J.EDWARD does not intend to collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 years old.

By visiting this Web Site, you agree that the laws of the state of Alabama, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and us or any of our affiliates.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to our Web Site or to products purchased here shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Baldwin County, Alabama. However, if you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Alabama. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Any arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration with respect to this Web Site or to products purchased here shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

At J.EDWARD, we appreciate how important security is to you. We implement various security measures in accordance with industry standards to protect the security of your personal information, both on line and off line.

Display/Product

We have made every effort to display the colour(s)/color(s) of our products as accurately as possible, however the colour(s) /color(s) you see will depend on your monitor, and we do not and cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour(s)/color(s) will be accurate.

Unless otherwise noted, all prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars. All products purchased from the Site should be used in accordance with manufactures instructions, precautions and/or guidelines.

Payment Methods

jedwardbeauty.com accepts the following credit cards for online purchases:

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

When you place an order, we request your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number, expiration date and security code/cvc on your credit card. This information is used to process and deliver your order and may be used to update you on order status (if available).

We do not accept the following methods of payment:

  • C.O.D.
  • Personal Checks
  • Gift Certificates
  • Layaway

If you wish to pay with a Money Order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days and/or holidays). Orders placed on weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays). Orders with priority shipping will be processed the same day if received by 3:00 pm EST (except holidays), overnight service, 2 day shipping orders, placed by 3:00 will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO address must be shipped via the United States Postal Service via parcel post and cannot be shipped via overnight or 2 day service.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and/or US Territories may require additional charges. Priority shipping (overnight and/or 2 day services) is not available for certain locations.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekend days and holidays). Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package should arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

Ground is available in the 48 contiguous US only.

International Orders/Deliveries

All International orders are subject to approval. When/if approved will be shipped International Economy (unless otherwise requested). Any and all duties, taxes or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. Additional charges/fees may apply. Delivery will vary depending upon destination/country.

Shipping Restrictions

Some items sold by J.EDWARD may require special handling as specified by federal, state and local government regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. J.EDWARD complies with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. Should this affect your order, we apologize and thank you for understanding. If you provide a physical address to which we can deliver, we will ship your full order.

Returns and Exchanges

All cosmetic sales are final. We will gladly accept defective merchandise for a merchandise credit or exchange within 15 days of purchase with the original receipt.

For a colour consultation, we recommend contacting J.EDWARD or you’re nearest J.EDWARD counter and speak with a specialist or store representative.

Order Cancellation

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled for various reasons. Some reasons are: Item(s) not available, difficulty in processing payment information, cannot ship to address provided, duplicate order was placed, cancelled due to customer request. Should your order be cancelled you will be notified. You will not be billed for any cancelled item(s).

You may cancel your order as long as the order is “in process”. Please have your order number ready. A 25% restocking fee may apply on orders canceled that have a status of ” in process: If your order status is shipped it cannot be canceled.

Item Merchandise Availability

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock or backordered at the time of your order, you will be notified and advised of the expected ship date for the backordered item(s). Backorders are shipped as soon as they become available. If there are other items in your order that are in stock they will be shipped to you. We cannot ship International backorder items separate from original order. You will not be charged for any item(s) until it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Damaged Items

If the carrier damages your package in shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify the carrier and us immediately. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged item(s) will be replaced.
