The philanthropic history of j.edward began with our family’s determination to benefit the communities we serve. Today this commitment has become a powerful engine for good, concern for health, human services, the environment, education, the arts, and animals.
James, owner and creator of the brand that bears his name, supports organizations like;
Ronald McDonald House – where he has served as advisor, stylist, show director and most recently Co-Chair for Little Black Dress (LBD)
He helped jump start the committee to create the Fairhope Dog Park and offered a complimentary (full-size) lip gloss gloss with a minimum donation to the dog park fund, and supports a number of no-kill animal shelters.
We provide contributions and numerous other resources to the Mitchell Cancer Institute, University of South Alabama, the American Heart Association, Thomas Hospital Foundation, Polo at the Point (Point Clear Charity’s) and F.E.E.F. – Fairhope Educational Enrichment Foundation, benefitting the arts in Baldwin county public schools.
We will continue, and encourage others, to give and seek new opportunities to create positive change through philanthropy.”
